  • Sells or contributes to selling critical programmes, projects and assignments and manages high-level customer relations in the European Institutions
  • Develops knowledge and the offering for their domain, providing their overall vision of the business line, contributes to boosting the Group's influence and reputation
  • Provides an overall vision of the business line and contributes to boosting the Group's influence and reputation
  • Oversees major and complex programmes, projects or issues (expertise, strategic aspects) among the European Institutions primarily in Brussels and Luxembourg
  • Controls the scope of work, ensures the quality and added value of services, manages lasting relationships with key intermediaries of customers/partners
  • Ensures growth, wins over and builds the loyalty of customers and employees
  • Manages or is involved in managing the Cyber & Consulting Competence Centre, develops leadership skills and contributes to internal communication
  • Helps disseminating critical business knowledge within the Competence Centre, the related Business Units in Benelux and other geographies across the Group.
  • Under the responsibility of a Partner or Competence Centre Director
  • Good command of account management techniques and sales negotiation
  • Full support of the Group's values and fundamentals, leads by example
  • Strong consulting knowledge
  • External communication (opinions, seminars and webinars, press articles, etc.) successfully carried out
  • Recognised leadership skills, entrepreneurship
  • High-level customer relationships
  • High-level customer relationships: pre-existing network with decision-makers, directors, head of units, head of sectors and programme managers among the European Institutions
  • Proven track records of successful delivery of consulting missions in complex setup and/or across multiple geographies
  • External communication: ability to expose and defend your point of view, deliver seminars and webinars, and participate to marketing activities (videos, press articles, blog posts, etc.)
  • Recognised leadership skills and entrepreneurship
  • Fluent in English and strong command of French.
  • Full support of the Group's values and fundamentals, leads by example

Experience guidelines
  • Minimum experience > 12 years with the decision makers on one hand, and with technical teams on the other hand, either in a consulting firm or in public authorities, preferably at European level.
  • Recognised expertise in key domains where the EU is driving the digital transformation across Europe, such as the digitalisation of public services, cross-border interoperability, EU data strategy, enhancement of cybersecurity capabilities,
  • Recognised expertise in several domains
  • Good command of the Group's overall end-to-end offering and the specific challenges in the EU public sector
  • Develops a vision and market presence for their scope
  • Expert knowledge of the Group's quality, safety and management system
  • Defines and promotes policies and offers in their scope
