Missions
 
Scope de la fonction :
  • Supporter, en tant qu’expert, les activités du département Utilities dans les disciplines Fluides et HVAC (troubleshooting, formation des techniciens, fiabilisation et performance des équipements)
  • Être un des référents Utilities/HVAC dans le cadre de la gestion du portefeuille projets
  • Maintenir une veille technologique dans son domaine d’expertise
  • Être référent pour l'entièreté des projets sur le site
 
1. Activités de support technique au jour le jour
  • Fournir une expertise et un support technique aux activités du département Utilitaires (troubleshooting, …)
  • Participer à l’évaluation des actions correctives pour les problèmes rencontrés sur des Utilitaires en fonctionnement
  • Prendre part aux réunions journalières, hebdomadaires et mensuelles du département
  • Etablir les plans d’investissement à 10 ans (CAPEX) liés aux infrastructures Utilitaires
  • Effectuer le suivi financier et ressource des projets dont il est accountable
 
2. Gestion de projet
  • Fournir une expertise Utilitaire pour les projets de revamping, de nouvelles installations et de nouveaux bâtiments
  • Participer à la réalisation des projets Utilitaires en termes de gestion de planning et de réalisation terrain
  • Être capable de rédiger et de défendre les projets charters projets Utilitaires afin d’avoir le Go/no Go du comité projet
 
3 Contrôle
  • Veiller à l’exécution et au contrôle des travaux qu’il organise pour que soient respectés les priorités ainsi que les délais et la qualité d’exécution prévus. Signaler les écarts, en identifier les causes en collaboration avec son responsable et prendre des mesures correctives
  • Veiller à l’application des règlements et prescriptions légales
  • Être la personne de référence pour le maintien d’une veille technologique technique et réglementaire
  • Rédiger les instructions de maintenance des installations dont il a la charge et participer avec le responsable du service à l’élaboration des procédures
 
Profil
 
Experience:
  • Une expérience confirmée dans le domaine des utilitaires Clean ou Black est préférable
  • La participation à la conception et à la réalisation de projets Utilitaires est indispensable
  • La gestion d'équipes sous-traitantes est un plus
 
Compétences spécifiques :
  • Connaissance des requis réglementaires des Systèmes Utilitaires Clean (HVAC et Fluides)
  • Connaissance des requis réglementaires des utilitaires Black
  • Connaissance d'outils d'analyse et de fiabilité (AMDEC)
  • Connaissance de l'outil SAP
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion de projets
  • GMP-GLP.

Responsibilities
The QA Validation consultant is part of the QA Validation team within the QA Operations.
Mains objectives of this function are:
• To define the validation strategies through the change control process (RPC);
• To write and implement some validation documentation (VP, VSR, Risk Assessment, Gap Analysis and Periodic Review);
• To review and approve specific qualification and validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ, PV);
• The validation documentation to write/review will be mainly for the autoclaves;
• To ensure the correct application of the validation quality systems on the field and to define improvement plan as required;
• Ensure adequate oversight and follow-up on the validation deviations in term of content (root cause and CAPA);
• To support the production & technical services teams in the implementation of the validation activities.

Qualifications/Skills
• Degree in Biotechnology, Agronomy, Chemistry, Pharmacist or Engineering with an experience of minimum two years on validation or QA validation departments ;
• A knowledge of good practices in biopharmaceuticals, of different regulations and standards related to validation activities ;
• You can maintain and keep up to date its knowledge and experience necessary to the function and you are a good team player in order to success in each validation project ;
• You are mobile and flexible (the company is located on Wavre in Belgium).

The Principal Statistical Programmer is responsible for leading the SAS statistical programming efforts for specific projects and studies, including developing, testing, maintaining, validating, and documenting SAS programs to meet the project’s needs. As part of the Statistical Programming team, this person will also provide technical expertise to the development of programming standards and procedures.

A glimpse of what your day-to-day could look like:

  • Generate analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings to support the analysis of clinical trials data
  • Generate SDTM domains, ADaM datasets, and Define.xml files
  • Perform quality control for SAS programs and other study documents (e.g., presentations and reports) and document review process
  • Document the quality control review process
  • Review output across programs to ensure consistency
  • Review, maintain, and approve study documents per standard procedures
  • Provide programming support to supplemental or exploratory analyses for regulatory agencies or any other internal and external ad-hoc requests
  • Program, test, and document global utility programs and tools in accordance with standards and validation procedures
  • Provide technical oversight and leadership in the areas of analysis and reporting
  • Review CRFs, edit check specifications, and table mock-ups Assist in creation of table mockups under supervision of statisticians
  • Serve as the primary project team representative, delegating work as appropriate Train and mentor new programmers

Qualification:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher in Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field, and related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may be accepted as a substitute for the specific education and experience above.

Other Required:

  • 10+ years knowledge of one or more statistical software packages (SAS® included) used to conduct statistical analyses
  • Extensive experience leading statistical programming activities in clinical research
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to coordinate workload and meet established deadlines and work well with others
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge with industry standards, such as the ICH guidelines, CDISC data structures, 21 CFR Part 11, and FDA guidelines
  • Proficient in SAS Macro Programming.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to undertake occasional travel domestically and abroad.

Preferred:

  • Supervisory experience
  • SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 or equivalent proficiency

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Senior Advisor Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Starches and Sweeteners will identify, set and drive regulatory activities and strategic direction for growth and freedom to operate for starches and sweeteners product group throughout Europe. We seek a leader who will work closely with food safety quality and regulatory operations, governmental relations , research and development and  partner with a broad set of key stakeholders, internally and externally, to define and enable compliance systems and processes, develop and cultivate strong relationships and knowledge, and enable commercial teams to establish and achieve business objectives and growth strategies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Be the main regulatory and scientific affairs contact across functions for starches and sweeteners product group including product lines, key customers and commercial leaders.
  • Provide strategy and guidance, and coordinate the regulatory affairs initiatives within starches and sweeteners product group in the region to define the regulatory compliance for existing products, products destine for export.
  • Provide thought leadership in regulatory and scientific affairs area in the region including midterm and long term emerging issues.
  • Partner with food safety quality and regulatory and research and development colleagues to assess and implement programs and processes that enable regulatory compliance and innovation and priorities.
  • Monitor, understand, anticipate, and interpret regulatory changes. Share and train related functions to improve partnering and effectiveness.
  • Develop and coordinate regulatory positions, requirements, and processes by working with commercial teams and functional units, governmental relations, key customers, and external regulatory agencies.
  • Develop strong coordination and connections globally within our product groups and regionally across product groups to leverage synergies and ensure continuous development and enable capacity building for executing regulatory compliance and innovation.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or law; or Regulatory Safety experience with a majority of time in a food manufacturing companies
  • Advanced knowledge of food laws and regulations relevant to starches and sweeteners product group
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in science or law
  • 10 years of professional regulatory experience with most of the time in food/feed/pharma companies
  • Strong relationship with government agencies in the region
  • Active participation in key Trade Association(s) in the region
  • Advanced knowledge of food laws & regulations in EU & starches and sweeteners Subject matter expert
  • Advanced management and regulatory processes improvement skills – delivering processes that are aligned, effective, and optimize Cargill resources

Missions
 
Scope de la fonction :
  • Supporter, en tant qu’expert, les activités du département Utilities dans les disciplines Fluides et HVAC (troubleshooting, formation des techniciens, fiabilisation et performance des équipements)
  • Être un des référents Utilities/HVAC dans le cadre de la gestion du portefeuille projets
  • Maintenir une veille technologique dans son domaine d’expertise
  • Être référent pour l'entièreté des projets sur le site
 
1. Activités de support technique au jour le jour
  • Fournir une expertise et un support technique aux activités du département Utilitaires (troubleshooting, …)
  • Participer à l’évaluation des actions correctives pour les problèmes rencontrés sur des Utilitaires en fonctionnement
  • Prendre part aux réunions journalières, hebdomadaires et mensuelles du département
  • Etablir les plans d’investissement à 10 ans (CAPEX) liés aux infrastructures Utilitaires
  • Effectuer le suivi financier et ressource des projets dont il est accountable
 
2. Gestion de projet
  • Fournir une expertise Utilitaire pour les projets de revamping, de nouvelles installations et de nouveaux bâtiments
  • Participer à la réalisation des projets Utilitaires en termes de gestion de planning et de réalisation terrain
  • Être capable de rédiger et de défendre les projets charters projets Utilitaires afin d’avoir le Go/no Go du comité projet
 
3 Contrôle
  • Veiller à l’exécution et au contrôle des travaux qu’il organise pour que soient respectés les priorités ainsi que les délais et la qualité d’exécution prévus. Signaler les écarts, en identifier les causes en collaboration avec son responsable et prendre des mesures correctives
  • Veiller à l’application des règlements et prescriptions légales
  • Être la personne de référence pour le maintien d’une veille technologique technique et réglementaire
  • Rédiger les instructions de maintenance des installations dont il a la charge et participer avec le responsable du service à l’élaboration des procédures
 
Profil
 
Experience:
  • Une expérience confirmée dans le domaine des utilitaires Clean ou Black est préférable
  • La participation à la conception et à la réalisation de projets Utilitaires est indispensable
  • La gestion d'équipes sous-traitantes est un plus
 
Compétences spécifiques :
  • Connaissance des requis réglementaires des Systèmes Utilitaires Clean (HVAC et Fluides)
  • Connaissance des requis réglementaires des utilitaires Black
  • Connaissance d'outils d'analyse et de fiabilité (AMDEC)
  • Connaissance de l'outil SAP
