Directeur Technique (H/F)

Namur, Namur- Vous appliquez la politique de chantiers définie en coordination avec la Direction Générale et le Comité de Direction, dirigez et en surveillez la mise en application de ces directives et êtes force de proposition quant à l’évolution de l’organisation générale des chantiers, les documents à utiliser, les réunions…
- Sur base du planning général à court et moyen termes, vous centralisez les plannings d’exécution de chaque chantier, envisagez l’affectation des chantiers aux Gestionnaires de chantiers en fonction de leurs charges en cours et des spécificités des chantiers et coordonnez l’exécution des charges prévues en fonction des contraintes des chantiers et des capacités de la production. Ce planning concerne les équipes internes (7 Gestionnaires, une soixantaine d’ouvriers, l’Atelier Gros-œuvre et la Menuiserie) ainsi que les nombreuses firmes tierces.
- Vous gérez les réunions techniques hebdomadaires avec les Gestionnaires de chantiers et participez aux réunions d’ouverture et de fin de chantier en présence du Deviseur, et/ou du Directeur du Bureau d'Etudes, du Gestionnaire de chantiers et du Coordinateur Qualité/Sécurité.
- Vous vous tenez constamment informé de l’évolution de tous les chantiers par la lecture des PV de réunion, des courriers et mails, en étant à l’écoute des équipes et en visitant les chantiers. Vous êtes prêt à suppléer à tout moment à l’absence d’un gestionnaire de chantiers.
- Vous collaborez aux aspects financiers, tant dans le pricing que dans le suivi des chantiers (réception des états d’avancement des Gestionnaires de chantiers et analyse avec la Direction financière).
- Vous veillez au recrutement, à la formation, à la motivation et à la promotion du personnel technique et participez à la résolution des problèmes humains.
- Vous prenez en charge les litiges avec la clientèle s’ils dépassent les compétences des Gestionnaires de chantiers, ainsi que les contentieux non financiers avec les sous-traitants et fournisseurs.
- Avec le Bureau d’études, vous définissez les méthodes et les normes de production en collaboration, veillez à leur application et étudiez l’introduction et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles techniques.
- Vous proposez les acquisitions ou le renouvellement d’équipements (y compris le matériel roulant et le petit matériel)
- Vous faites respecter la sécurité sur les chantiers et dans les ateliers.
- Vous faites partie intégrante du Comité de Direction.
- Vous êtes ingénieur civil de formation.
- Vous disposez d’une pratique confirmée dans une fonction similaire (Directeur Technique, Directeur d’Exécution, voire Gestionnaire de chantiers avec potentiel…).
- Vous disposez d’une expérience en matière de marchés publics.

- Experience in Agile product development environment and designing solutions in collaboration with Product Owners
