Fonction

En tant que Category Manager au sein du département Marketing, vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du développement de votre catégorie de produits : poisson et saurisserie.

Plus précisément :

Vous déterminez pour chaque famille de produits : le rôle stratégique, la largeur et la profondeur de l’assortiment, le niveau prix, la politique promotionnelle, les règles d’implantation et de la mise en place suivant les formats et typologie du magasin et les faites varier selon les tendances du marché

Vous analysez et suivez les indicateurs permettant de réaliser les objectifs en termes de CA et de marge et déterminez les plans d’actions correcteurs

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le bureau d’achat du groupe, notamment pour les achats de poisson en vrac destiné aux ateliers en magasin

Vous tentez toujours d'obtenir les meilleures conditions d'achat tout en respectant un niveau de qualité fixé, vous évaluez de façon permanente vos différents fournisseurs ainsi que leurs performances

Vous dynamisez l’assortiment grâce à des actions promotionnelles, vous proposez les produits à reprendre dans le folder selon les objectifs de structure de promotion

Vous suivez de près l’évolution et les tendances du marché et cherchez continuellement à répondre aux attentes des consommateurs.

Vous répondez aux demandes et remontées des magasins

Profil

Vous disposez idéalement d’une formation supérieure à orientation commerciale

Vous avez idéalement une première expérience réussie en tant qu’acheteur ou chef de produit frais dans la grande distribution

Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des produits frais, surtout du poisson et de ses caractéristiques. La connaissance de la boucherie est un plus

Vous maîtrisez l’art de la négociation, des techniques d’achat et êtes force de proposition pour la résolution de problèmes

Vous avez d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, vous êtes diplomate et êtes capable d’établir et de maintenir des relations efficaces de confiance avec les différents intervenants (magasins, fournisseurs, centrales d’achat, équipe interne)

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des tendances du marché et des attentes des clients

Vous êtes orienté résultats, vous avez un esprit analytique et un sens aigu des responsabilités

Vous êtes méthodique, rigoureux et persévérant

Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress, êtes autonome tout en ayant l’esprit d’équipe

Function

 

As Product Manager your main mission will be managing the marketing mix for two ranges of products: pea cell-wall fibre (SWELITE™) and pea starch (NASTAR™). Other missions will be supporting sales team and work on sustainability programs within our Corporate Social Responsibility team.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Propose and monitor the marketing mix of ranges pea cell-wall fibre (SWELITE™) and pea starch (NASTAR™):

    • Based on the technical capabilities and the market needs, you steer the positioning of your range towards the most attractive segments and regions. Through your tight links with the other departments (supply, operations, …), you are able to put the offer in adequation with the capabilities.
    • Together with the regions, you fix the prices and optimize the margin of your range.
    • In collaboration with Communication department, you set up the communication strategy of your range and you are responsible of the roll out of the media plan. You elaborate efficient sales tools and provide the appropriate training to sales team and distributors.
    • You define KPIs for your range and design a dedicated dashboard.
    • You identify opportunities (ingredients and concepts) and monitor the action plan at short, medium and long term. Continuously proposing innovative ideas, you develop together with the application lab concepts in line with global food and nutrition trends.
    • You realize market surveys about ingredients, segments and competition for your range and are able to report key points depending on the objective and the audience.
  • Support the sales team and distributors to promote innovation and strategic projects: exhibitions, workshops, conferences.
  • Participate to the elaboration of the Corporate Sustainability strategy and manage the deployment of this policy across the ranges together with other Product Managers.

Function

As Regional Sales Manager Europe, you get a unique opportunity to lead and grow one of the highly strategic regions in the Cosucra’s portfolio with 30 to 35 countries to manage. The role is expected to maintain and grow levels of business and profitability with designated distributors or agents and key accounts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strong one-to-one long-term relationships with key accounts decision-makers and partners
  • Manage local Sales resources to implement regional strategy and deliver expected growth in the region
  • Provide insight in building individual customer strategies and preparing Key Accounts negotiations and projects, participate in strategic meetings
  • Validate contract terms for customers

  • This role leads and motivates a team of Marketing Manager(s) (responsible for brand communications and strategy execution – focusing at the moment on the brand Veliche) and Regional Customer Engagement Officer(s) (responsible for customer collaboration and servicing). Next to that, this role manages the network of external chefs through relationship management
  • Act as a project manager ensuring magnificent and timely execution of key customer/channel initiatives based on priorities established through the business planning process
  • Demonstrating its deep knowledge of customer priorities, this role will help identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved

Enphase’s sales model engages installers, integrators, module manufacturers & leading OEM partners in both residential and commercial markets to bring its microinverter systems to global markets. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

 

These responsibilities and tasks mentioned below are not limitative and other duties may be assigned according the needs of the company.

 

  • Possess a detailed understanding of partner economics with demonstrated ability to assess a partner’s business and jointly develop successful strategies to incorporate and sell Enphase products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner’s P&L.

  • Minimum of 5 years proven B2B sales experience in a high tech industry selling via indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical equipment/devices.
  • Experience in solar industry or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing and/or finance preferred.

Missions :

Au sein de l’équipe digital et e-commerce de Yves Rocher Benelux, rattaché(e) au directeur e-commerce, vous aurez pour missions principales :

- Définition et création du plan d’animation commercial et cadeaux e-commerce selon la stratégie omnicanale de la marque en collaboration avec les équipes Marketing Retail et CRM tout en adaptant aux spécificités locales Belgique et Pays-Bas.

- Pilotage des différents KPI's e-commerce et suivi de la performance économique du business e-commerce.

- Supervision du merchandising et du searchandising via les outils externes (TS2, Solr), de l'enrichissement du catalogue produit web via la plateforme Hybris selon les guidelines SEO et les best practices du secteur des cosmétiques.

- Mise en avant des produits et promotions à forts potentiels, recommandation et personnalisation de l'expérience utilisateur onsite.

- Suivi de la gouvernance logistique afin d’assurer la disponibilité des produits et cadeaux sur le site avec une gestion des stocks en amont (prévisions) et en aval (réassort) pour un objectif de conversion immédiate et de visibilité de nos magasins.

PROFIL

- De formation supérieure, titulaire d’un graduat ou un master en marketing digital ou e-commerce

- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, l’expérience dans le monde de la beauté ou très forte affinité avec cet univers est un plus

- Excellente compréhension de l’environnement digital et e-commerce

- A l’aise avec les outils web (plateforme e-commerce Hybris, pilotage KPI’s via Google Analytics, feeds via Productsup, Searchandizing via Solr, x-sell/up-sell via Target2Sell, Avis produits via BazaarVoice etc.)

- Personnalité ouverte et curieuse mais aussi organisée, avec beaucoup de rigueur et s’adapte rapidement à diverses situations

- Esprit de synthèse et capacité à prioriser et à gérer l’urgence

Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for selling and presenting Varonis’ products and services to current and net-new prospective enterprise accounts.

 

The Varonis Account Manager will be aligned with a local Sales Engineer. The goal, as a team, will be to build a strong business justification to the end-user, while ensuring that the given annual quota is met/exceeded.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify key decision makers within the targeted leads.
  • Present and sell Varonis’ products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity, while maintaining and expanding the database of contacts within the targeted organizations.
  • Uphold sales activities which includes prospecting, cold calling, booking appointments, performing demos, and creating proposals.
  • Present to C-Level prospective clients as well as to resellers through effective and enticing product demonstrations.
  • Partner with Sales Managers and Channel Managers to determine a strategic sales approach.
  • Establish and maintain current customer relationships by responding to customer requests and managing/resolving customer issues.
  • Support the reseller communication channel throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows when necessary.
  • Percent of travel varies by territory.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year College/University OR 5 years of business-to-business sales experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technology industry experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Outlook skills preferred.
  • Prior experience selling security software products through use of channel partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Healthy list of pre-established and prospective contacts in given territory.
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of selling the Varonis product.
