Graphic Design - Marketing Assistant

As part of MCE’s marketing team, this role’s mainfocus is on the Graphic Design and Marketing support for MCE’s differentbusiness lines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Graphic Design skills with Canva, Adobe Suite and others an advantage
    • To create social media infographics, posts, images
    • To create and adapt MCE brochures, flyers, marketing materials, banners, promo materials in PDF and other formats.
    • To create web graphics for usage on MCE website – banners, images, headers, buttons etc.
  • Familiar with Wordpress or similar website tools
    • To create pages following templates and designs on MCE website
    • To update pages with new information and check for frequent changes
    • To adapt pages
  • Manage external suppliers for bigger design projects e.g. Catalogue, major website redesigns, printed materials etc
  • Project oriented, well structured, detail oriented, good planning skills, meeting deadlines, good level of English (C2 minimum)
  • Experience with social media, web, pdf, brochures etc.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A degree or related qualification in marketing, communicationand/or graphic design or similar.
  • Be able to think outside the box, keeping up to date with graphic design trends and utilising these toinnovate

Responsibilities

  • Technical copywriting: Close-read technical scientific content for meaning and understanding, transforming it into end-user-friendly copy for application across various channels.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, strategists, and leadership often with very fast turnaround time to infuse the written word into an array of engaging and effective marketing materials. These will include digital ads, email marketing, social media, blogposts, website content, OOH, print, online video, and long copy collateral from concept to finish
  • Ensure consistent application of our brand voice by writing concise and strategic messaging that drives key marketing initiatives, increases brand awareness, inspires our customers, and creates business results/ generate new leads
  • Be a single point of contact for language quality around the Eurofins group, develop language guidelines in collaboration with Brand and marketing professionals

Qualifications


Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Chemistry or Life Sciences related studies will be a plus.

Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in brand marketing, advertising, digital marketing, marketing communications having a key understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • 3 years’ experience as part of a writing team and partnering with designers in an agency or corporate marketing department
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing in healthcare and/ or biopharma will be a plus
  • Your experience working on integrated campaigns spans all media-types and is only matched by your ability to create multiple pieces of collateral in support of content marketing strategies.
  • You have a strong portfolio focused on diverse media executions, with a clear affinity for driving demand with performance marketing and/or marketing automation platforms

Job Summary
We are seeking a Global Senior Marketing Manager. This is a remote based role, with occasional travel.

Sales & Marketing Manager Diabetes Care Benelux

You will report to the Country Business Leader (CBL) Diabetes Care Benelux/UKI.

The Sales & Marketing Manager actively leads and develops the strategy in the region, working closely with the product manager, clinical specialist and sales teams to drive from strategy to execution. You play an indispensable part as well in aligning within the EMEA region for best practices in marketing and sales as to achieve key sales and marketing KPI’s.

As a member of the local BNL leadership team in the BNL, the sales & marketing manager is a key stakeholder in the decisions made in the BNL region. In that capacity you are part of the local DC management team as well have a seat in the SMT (Sales Management Team) and MMT (Marketing Management Team) from a BDx perspective.  

Main activities

Budget and forecast

  • Manages the business, in line with the European and Benelux strategy.
  • Develops together with local DC management team an annual business plan to make sure the regional targets are achieved, focusing on the pre-defined growth drivers and opportunities.
  • Makes sure the needed input is clear to update forecast on time and accurately
  • Manage the variable sales and marketing budget and communicate timely and accordingly on any material change.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Graphic Design skills with Canva, Adobe Suite and others an advantage
    • To create social media infographics, posts, images
    • To create and adapt MCE brochures, flyers, marketing materials, banners, promo materials in PDF and other formats.
    • To create web graphics for usage on MCE website – banners, images, headers, buttons etc.
  • Familiar with Wordpress or similar website tools
    • To create pages following templates and designs on MCE website
