De functie

Als Operationeel Directeur Vlaanderen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de rentabiliteit en de kwaliteit van de zorg- en dienstverlening van een 10-tal Vlaamse zorgcentra. Je rapporteert aan de COO.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het motiveren, coachen en ondersteunen van de directies van de zorgcentra.
  • De strategie en het actieplan vormgeven en uitvoeren in alle zorgcentra. 
  • De integratie van nieuwe zorgcentra begeleiden.
  • De implementatie van een coherent beleid over het geheel van de voorzieningen.
  • Het identificeren van potentiële ontwikkelingsassen zoals thuiszorg, externe diensten, dienstencentra. 

Dit houdt onder andere volgende taken in:

  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van werkprocedures en van het kwaliteitsplan, en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Opvolgen van de operationele prestatie-indicatoren (financieel, HR en zorgbeleid) en de directies van de zorgcentra helpen met de vertaling ervan naar de werkvloer, en waar nodig corrigerende maatregelen nemen.
  • Ontwikkelen van actieplannen om de bezettingsgraad en het opnamebeleid te verbeteren.
  • Optimaliseren van de financiering van de zorg.
  • Optimaliseren van de personeelsbezetting volgens de afgesproken normen.
  • Opvolgen van vergunningen en erkenningen.
  • Vervangen van de lokale directie bij afwezigheid.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing/beheer van:
    • de regelgeving (Agentschap Zorg & Gezondheid, sociale regelgeving, brandregelgeving, RIZIV…);
    • de dagprijzen en de prijssupplementen;
    • de budgetten om een gezonde en rendabele werking te garanderen.
  • Onderhouden van een kwalitatief relatienetwerk met externe stakeholders (overheden, beroepsfederaties, syndicale organisaties) om bij te dragen tot de positieve beeldvorming van de organisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bezit een masterdiploma in een (para)medische of economische discipline en je kan een aantal jaren relevante ervaring voorleggen als directeur, Operations of regionaal manager in de zorgsector. Hierbij heb je ervaring opgedaan in het succesvol aansturen van grote teams en in het procesmatig werken en denken. 
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die mensen kan motiveren, mobiliseren en coachen om een gezamenlijk doel te bereiken.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en je bezit de gave om anderen te overtuigen en te inspireren met je enthousiasme en dynamiek.

FoodX is looking for a full-time, permanent Belgium Operations Manager. This Manager will be based out of Belgium, in the greater Brussels area, exact location is confidential at this time.


The Belgian Operations Manager represents the FoodX business on site at our client’s Central Fulfillment Center (CFC). They are responsible for assisting with the implementation and the ongoing sustained success of our FoodX Technologies platform. As the ongoing in-country representative, they will uphold the values and interests of our organization, while ensuring that our client receives the utmost in responsive and effective customer service.

 

  • Support client on site as key contact for all communication, issues and initiatives
  • Own the in-country client relationship and ensure that all their service needs are met
  • Aid in the initial build, implementation and launch of the client’s CFC utilizing the FoodX Technologies platform and procedures
  • Continuous improvement of FoodX platform and procedure performance
  • Training and support for client personnel on FoodX systems and procedures
  • Keep the pace with the explosive growth of an extremely deadline-driven environment
  • Monitor performance and deliverables against promise SLAs/KPIs, propose and implement solutions
  • Assist with implementation of new features and tools, as developed

Job Description

Permanent Improvement Programmes (PIP) is the internal consulting team of the Eurofins Group based in Brussels. The team’s primary mission is to support Eurofins’ ambitious four year plan to profitably grow revenues to EUR 5 billion by 2020. Our team defines, governs and implements programmes to ensure harmonisation, standardisation and optimisation of relevant Eurofins operations.

The Operational Excellence Junior Project Manager independently owns and manages Permanent Improvement Programmes projects that deliver final end-products. He/She ensures full project and stakeholder management (including top Eurofins management, other group supporting functions like purchasing or sales and marketing, operational leaders from Eurofins network, etc.). He/She supports the team to deliver the other projects showing interdependencies with his/her assignment.

Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 5 years in business consulting or operational business improvement / reengineering roles with project management experience.

Education: Life Science Scientific degree from top University ( eg. Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology). Excellent student track record.

Languages: Excellent English, oral and written, is a must. Other languages are highly appreciated.

Personal skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication, presentation skills) as this role will interface a lot with local resources and experts to understand and document processes. Proven change management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to define concepts, align them with key stakeholders in different countries and describe them clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solver with "can-do" mentality, able to both pragmatically define solutions and capture and understand all relevant details when necessary.
  • Proven ability to independently set-up, manage and drive a clearly defined project.

Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products, Access DB a plus.

  • Together with BU and Group management the Business Transformation Manager identifies, structures and executes major improvement initiatives within the Group. As such you:

De functie

Als Operationeel Directeur Vlaanderen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de rentabiliteit en de kwaliteit van de zorg- en dienstverlening van een 10-tal Vlaamse zorgcentra. Je rapporteert aan de COO.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Het motiveren, coachen en ondersteunen van de directies van de zorgcentra.
  • De strategie en het actieplan vormgeven en uitvoeren in alle zorgcentra. 
  • De integratie van nieuwe zorgcentra begeleiden.
  • De implementatie van een coherent beleid over het geheel van de voorzieningen.
  • Het identificeren van potentiële ontwikkelingsassen zoals thuiszorg, externe diensten, dienstencentra. 

Dit houdt onder andere volgende taken in:

  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van werkprocedures en van het kwaliteitsplan, en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Opvolgen van de operationele prestatie-indicatoren (financieel, HR en zorgbeleid) en de directies van de zorgcentra helpen met de vertaling ervan naar de werkvloer, en waar nodig corrigerende maatregelen nemen.
  • Ontwikkelen van actieplannen om de bezettingsgraad en het opnamebeleid te verbeteren.
  • Optimaliseren van de financiering van de zorg.
  • Optimaliseren van de personeelsbezetting volgens de afgesproken normen.
  • Opvolgen van vergunningen en erkenningen.
  • Vervangen van de lokale directie bij afwezigheid.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing/beheer van:
    • de regelgeving (Agentschap Zorg & Gezondheid, sociale regelgeving, brandregelgeving, RIZIV…);
    • de dagprijzen en de prijssupplementen;
    • de budgetten om een gezonde en rendabele werking te garanderen.
  • Onderhouden van een kwalitatief relatienetwerk met externe stakeholders (overheden, beroepsfederaties, syndicale organisaties) om bij te dragen tot de positieve beeldvorming van de organisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bezit een masterdiploma in een (para)medische of economische discipline en je kan een aantal jaren relevante ervaring voorleggen als directeur, Operations of regionaal manager in de zorgsector. Hierbij heb je ervaring opgedaan in het succesvol aansturen van grote teams en in het procesmatig werken en denken. 
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die mensen kan motiveren, mobiliseren en coachen om een gezamenlijk doel te bereiken.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en je bezit de gave om anderen te overtuigen en te inspireren met je enthousiasme en dynamiek.
