Main purpose of the role
The Junior Brand Manager Lay’s is a key contributor to the development and execution of Lay’s marketing plans for both The Netherlands and Belgium in order to accelerate Lay’s brand leadership. You will be responsible for a dedicated part of the Lay’s portfolio and support the Senior Brand Manager on:
  • Leading development and excellent execution of the Brand Growth Strategy for the Lay’s TM portfolio, in close collaboration with the international cross-functional category team (ONE BRAND TEAM).
  • Delivering on annual business plan objectives (NR, SOM, Profit, amongst others), whilst continuously building brand equity and household penetration.
  • Leading development and excellent execution of integrated marketing communications (TCP) within a matrixed and multi-market environment.
  • Successfully launching NPDs, achieving sustainable in-market results
  • Tracking performance (brand, NPD, business) and course-correct when needed
  • Building and nurturing constructive relationships with key creative agencies and suppliers
  • A&M Budget Management through oversight of the different components of the brand budget to ensure P&L integrity

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Relevant experience in FMCG Marketing is a must (1-2 years ideally)
  • Dutch and/or French native and fluent in English
  • University Master’s degree
  • Passionate brand builder with a strong affinity for delivering successful Innovation and Integrated Marketing Communications based on a clear Brand Purpose
  • Used to navigate and work in a digital environment – you have a genuine interest in how the company operates in this area and are keen on keeping track of the latest developments in the world of digitalization
  • Ability to drive long-term brand equity growth whilst deliver on annual business performance objectives (balancing the short and long term)

ABD Safegate is looking for a high-potential professional to support the financial consolidation & reporting process at group level. The Consolidation Officer is responsible for supporting the consolidation process in order to allow and promote growth at global scale. In this role, you will develop your technical and soft skills by working in close collaboration with group executives. Responsibilities and tasks

  • Working closely with the Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager, you support the full management and statutory consolidation process (A-Z).
  • You are administrator of the consolidation software (SigmaConso).
  • You are responsible for preparing the consolidation process: intercompany reconciliation, coordination and confirmation, coherence control, preparation of monthly closure etc.

  • You support updating of group accounting manual and procedures.
  • You support various projects such as due diligences (refinancing, divestments or possible exit) and purchase price allocations (acquisitions).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master degree in Finance Management or Business Administration.
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in audit & financial consulting (big four) or consolidation role, preferably in an international environment.
  • You possess a basic knowledge of consolidation software (Sigma Conso or similar)
  • You have a very strong knowledge of Excel in specific and other MS Office software in general.
  • Having a first experience with IFRS is a plus.
  • You have experience with multinational, matrix organized companies with a complex legal structure.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional knowledge of French or Dutch being a plus.

What does the internship involve?
PepsiCo is looking for a curious analyst who will strengthen the Category Management & Analytics departments starting from asap and ending in July 31 . As a Category Management & Analytics intern you support the team in both growth initiatives at our customers and internal PepsiCo projects. You will be trained and work with Nielsen sales data and GFK household panel data to conduct both structural and ad-hoc analysis on performance, assist in conducting extended category deep dives and in-store research, analyze how consumers behave on the shop floor and identify threats and opportunities within the categories. Based on the outcomes you will translate your insights gained into recommendations for both the retailers and PepsiCo. You will also look into the performance of specific brands and ensure that new products are tracked in the correct manner.
To be successful in this role, you need to be curious to understand what causes changes in performance. You also need to be capable to run accurate analyses. Furthermore, you should like to take initiative and run projects independently.   • Is available 4 or 5 days per week for a challenging internship of starting asap and ending in July 31st.
  • Is a Bachelor’s or Master’s student or graduated (max. 3 months)
  • Is passionate to work for a multinational company with iconic brands
  • Has strong analytical skills and enjoys making analyses;
  • Has proactive working attitude, can work independently on projects and thereby set priorities;
  • Is persistence when you are facing challenges;
  • Has strong communication skills and comfortable communicating with people from many different departments;
  • Has experience in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Who masters English (fluent) and preferably either French or Dutch

Main purpose of the role
The Junior Brand Manager Lay’s is a key contributor to the development and execution of Lay’s marketing plans for both The Netherlands and Belgium in order to accelerate Lay’s brand leadership. You will be responsible for a dedicated part of the Lay’s portfolio and support the Senior Brand Manager on:
  • Leading development and excellent execution of the Brand Growth Strategy for the Lay’s TM portfolio, in close collaboration with the international cross-functional category team (ONE BRAND TEAM).
  • Delivering on annual business plan objectives (NR, SOM, Profit, amongst others), whilst continuously building brand equity and household penetration.
  • Leading development and excellent execution of integrated marketing communications (TCP) within a matrixed and multi-market environment.
  • Successfully launching NPDs, achieving sustainable in-market results
  • Tracking performance (brand, NPD, business) and course-correct when needed
  • Building and nurturing constructive relationships with key creative agencies and suppliers
  • A&M Budget Management through oversight of the different components of the brand budget to ensure P&L integrity

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Relevant experience in FMCG Marketing is a must (1-2 years ideally)
  • Dutch and/or French native and fluent in English
  • University Master’s degree
  • Passionate brand builder with a strong affinity for delivering successful Innovation and Integrated Marketing Communications based on a clear Brand Purpose
  • Used to navigate and work in a digital environment – you have a genuine interest in how the company operates in this area and are keen on keeping track of the latest developments in the world of digitalization
  • Ability to drive long-term brand equity growth whilst deliver on annual business performance objectives (balancing the short and long term)
  • Analytical thinking and numerical analysis to identifying trends and patterns in multiple sources of data/information
  • Taking on new and complex challenges with energy and enthusiasm, influencing and motivating others
  • Result driven. Balancing a sense of urgency with the need to deliver quality results, demonstrating perseverance in achieving complex or ambiguous goals
