Job description:

 

Reporting to the Group Communications and Investor Relation Director and in direct relationship with the top management of the Group, the Senior Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Work with internal teams (corporate, financial and accounting teams) to gather global and financial data,
  • Lead financial analysis (historical + forecast) in order to prepare publications,
  • Create and maintain company press releases, presentations and Q&A materials (quarterly, biannual and annual publications, conference presentations, main events, etc.),
  • Establish sectorial and competitive watch of main competitors, clients and industry: competitive analysis / intelligence and in-depth financial and strategic information,
  • Submit financial, stock market and strategic analysis of industry peers,

Scope de la fonction :

  • Être un des référents Utilities/HVAC dans le cadre de la gestion du portefeuille projets
  • Maintenir une veille technologique dans son domaine d’expertise

1. Activités de support technique au jour le jour
  • Fournir une expertise et un support technique aux activités du département Utilitaires (troubleshooting, …)
  • Participer à l’évaluation des actions correctives pour les problèmes rencontrés sur des Utilitaires en fonctionnement
  • Prendre part aux réunions journalières, hebdomadaires et mensuelles du département
  • Etablir les plans d’investissement à 10 ans (CAPEX) liés aux infrastructures Utilitaires
  • Effectuer le suivi financier et ressource des projets dont il est accountable
 
2. Gestion de projet
  • Fournir une expertise Utilitaire pour les projets de revamping, de nouvelles installations et de nouveaux bâtiments
  • Participer à la réalisation des projets Utilitaires en termes de gestion de planning et de réalisation terrain
  • Être capable de rédiger et de défendre les projets charters projets Utilitaires afin d’avoir le Go/no Go du comité projet
 
3 Contrôle
  • Veiller à l’exécution et au contrôle des travaux qu’il organise pour que soient respectés les priorités ainsi que les délais et la qualité d’exécution prévus. Signaler les écarts, en identifier les causes en collaboration avec son responsable et prendre des mesures correctives
  • Veiller à l’application des règlements et prescriptions légales
  • Être la personne de référence pour le maintien d’une veille technologique technique et réglementaire
  • Rédiger les instructions de maintenance des installations dont il a la charge et participer avec le responsable du service à l’élaboration des procédures

Experience:
  • Une expérience confirmée dans le domaine des utilitaires Clean ou Black est préférable
  • La participation à la conception et à la réalisation de projets Utilitaires est indispensable
  • La gestion d'équipes sous-traitantes est un plus

    • You advise the business on the definition of its needs and help to formulate its request
    • You ensure that all business requests are captured, prioritized and centralized via existing business committees
    • You set, with the business, the KPI's for each request and quantifies the expected results (ROI)
    • You define the data sets necessary to fulfil the requests as well as their source with the help of the architecture and other Business Domain Specialists
    • You ensure the legality of these data exchanges with the DPO and the CISO
    • You ensure optimal communication with the parties involved (internally or externally) and to the bodies concerned
    • You are responsible for documentations
  • Project management:
    • You validate, prioritize and defend each project file (consistency/relevance, financial interest, added value)
    • You ensure the project in its various phases (start-up, design, testing, implementation, etc.)
    • You supervise the drafting and validation of the specifications
    • You ensure the quality (content and form) of the "project documents" throughout its development
    • You ensure, throughout the project, that the scope, costs, timing respect the validated instructions
    • You ensure the transition after deployment/implementation

Your profile:
  • Master Degree or equivalent by experience
  • At least 3 years' of experience as IT Project Manager with a background as Business or Data Analyst
  • In-depth knowledge of specific applications - able to quickly learn and master new applications / technologies
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Solution oriented, good analytical skills, critical / logical mind
  • Knowledge of people management - with a good team spirit
  • Communication, assertiveness, stance
  • Very good knowledge of French & Dutch and knowledge of English
