As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you ensure the flawless execution of business events from proposal to completion. You coordinate details such as catering, logistics, speakers, and accommodation, and act as the main point of contact for clients. You work closely with the operational team and make use of systems like Opera Sales & Catering.Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a motivated professional with a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Event Management, Marketing, or Tourism. You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French, and have strong digital skills. Experience with Opera PMS is a plus. You are guest-oriented, creative, solution-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.What Do We Offer? You will gain hands-on experience in various departments, learning the intricacies of hotel operations and management. This role is ideal if you want a learning experience directly from the Management Team at the hotel and looking to fast-track your career in the hotel industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Training and Development:<ul><li>Participate in a structured rotational training program across multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.</li><li>Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in hotel management.
