Unified Infrastructure: Today's system engineers are the best security engineers of tomorrow. One of the most important mission of a Security engineer is to have an exhaustive view on his customers IT environments at all technical layers. This project has the objective of implementing coherent configuration everywhere in the Lab from the On-Premises servers to the Cloud deployment and configuring all services that are part of a Core infrastructure.
Automated Pentesting: Penetration activities are quite costly for customers and difficult to deliver As A Service. Some products on the market might solve this issue by giving the ability to run such technical audits in a recursive manner, especially to control that critical findings are patched/fixed in a timely manner. The intern will have to deploy related products in the Cybersecurity Lab and perform a comparison of available features.
Hacking Scenarios Validation: Detection scenarios are implemented by the SOC in the SIEM platform. Enhancement of those scenarios as well as their validation in various use cases is a recurrent task of SOC activities. In this project, the intern will have to work on test cases where:
  • He must execute the attack as described in the scenario
  • He must identify how to log/trace the attack activity
  • He must collect this information using the SIEM agent (or using standard collection mechanism)
  • He must validate that the SIEM correctly alerts the SOC team once the attack is observed

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Highly motivated individual with a genuine enthusiasm for cyber security and technology;
  • Sound understanding of cyber security principles and best practices;
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and to know when to seek guidance.
  • Ability to work with autonomy, but also to collaborate with the team.

Qualifications


Education:

Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in brand marketing, advertising, digital marketing, marketing communications having a key understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • 3 years’ experience as part of a writing team and partnering with designers in an agency or corporate marketing department
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing in healthcare and/ or biopharma will be a plus

Damovo is seeking an experienced Demand Gen Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to join a fast-moving international marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring well-orchestrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns for our Region Northern Europe (Belux, Finland, Sweden). You will also support our group wide marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities
  • Create an integrated marketing strategy focused on demand generation tactics to drive pipeline growth
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns in partnership with sales team leaders and our core technology vendors
  • Launch integrated impactful campaigns that leverage content, email, web, virtual events
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring accurate lead management, audience segmentation and tracking
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Develop, implement and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
  • Plans, executes and implements global marketing communication activities based on the business and marketing strategy
Experience and Skills we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in a B2B demand generation environment
  • Passion for and experience with using emerging technologies (Salesforce, Pardot, Typo3, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HTML, CSS, SEO-Tools)
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities; must be comfortable setting priorities and communicating to stakeholders
  • The ability to communicate and express yourself both verbally and in writing in Dutch, French and English
  • Teamwork orientated individual with ability to add positive team dynamic and openly share best practice, whilst also being able to work on own initiative

Description

1) Compliance & Corporate Governance

  • AML-KYC customer support in coordination with Customer Service
  • Management of the document approval for the office (mainly marketing materials, customer presentations...), depending on the customer typology
  • Local compliance representative of Global Compliance team : preparation and setting up of Compliance Risk Assessment and local Compliance Monitoring Plan
  • Production and periodic update of reporting compliance
  • Support local CEO on preparing all the material for the local board of directors and shareholder meetings

2) Regulatory activity

  • Manage the local regulatory watch in close collaboration with the regional Head Of Compliance
  • Manage the relationship with the local regulator (FSMA)
  • Manage fund registration activities in collaboration with the AXA IM global team
  • In charge of updating and reviewing the legal offering documentation for Belgian clients
  • Reporting activity versus external asset management association and regulators

3) Legal-Finance support

  • Contractual review of distribution agreements with placement and financial agent in cooperation with Legal teams of AXA IM Paris
  • High level control on finance & tax matters ;  support local accounting on some management control tasks
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Proven experience within a financial institution or in consultancy firm. Knowledge of Asset Management industry is not mandatory but appreciated
  • Good knowledge of local regulations (legal & compliance) concerning banking and asset management industry
  • French or Flemish native speaker ; good knowledge of 2nd national language ; advanced English speaker
