  • Identifier et prioriser les projets d’amélioration

Profil

  • Une certification Black Belt est un atout (mais pourra être proposée par le centre de formation de CVO-Europe).

C&Q Projects Coordinator Engineer (M-F)

Responsibilities
In the context of investments projects (new or upgrades) in vaccines production, ensure proper execution of C&Q methodology and application of cGMP (Validation Master Plan, Design Qualification, Commissioning, Installation & Operational Qualification and Validation Reports).
• Follow and coordinate the commissioning and qualifications during a project
• Review and ensure the compliance of the qualification protocols, review the commissioning and qualification raw data and finally approve the reports for conformance
• Must be able to advice the various actors in case of issues or deviations
• Has an expertise in all commissioning / qualification aspects of vaccine manufacturing such as qualifications of HVAC systems, Clean Utilities (Clean Compressed Air, Clean Steam, Purified Water, Water For Injection, ...), autoclaves, analytical systems, CIP/SIP process, filling lines, bulk equipments other equipment commonly used in vaccine manufacturing facilities and be able to manage most of these qualification aspects.

Qualifications/Skills
• Have already demonstrated success in C&Q coordination in projects
• Over 5 years experience in C&Q in pharmaceutical area

Role
 
The role is responsible for creating and maintaining master data primarily relating to material, customer, vendor and maintenance data domains. The role will support developing and improving master data management to increase operational efficiency, strengthen data governance, and increase data value through deployment of user-friendly processes, system tools, and data architecture simplification.
  • Coordinate request workflow across the different data providers and approvers in line with service level agreements.
  • Drive regular internal data audits on quality, consistency and compliance through active understanding, engagement, and vigilance.

  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly processes and tasks to the required standard.

Profile
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study .
  • 3+ years of Master data Management experience and 2+ years of SAP experience.
  • Exposure to the business functions of a manufacturing enterprise from an operations, finance, supply chain, or business analysis perspective is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with key stakeholders both within and outside of the MDM team to ensure job done.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to extract data and develop reports and KPIs.
  • Ability to enforce procedures, processes and standards; comfortable pushing back with customers and stakeholders to protect the integrity and compliance of the data and process.
  • Experience of MDO tool from Prospecta is a plus.
  • You speak fluent French and are very fluent in English.
  • Mid-level or above proficiency with MS Office Excel, analysing and manipulating large datasets through formulas and macros.

Deviation writer is responsible of deviation management in production area and responsible to investigate the complaint of customer:

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • To define the validation strategies through the change control process (RPC);
  • Management of deviations related to the activity in the building;
  • Definition of corrective and preventive actions;
  • Initiate and describe the deviation in SAP system;
  • Investigate process deviations to identify root-cause (operator interviews, 5Why’s, 6M, gemba tour, …);
  • Investigate Complaint;
  • Propose adequate CAPAs;
  • Complete the deviation in SAP system, and collect annexes;
  • Generate standard KPI to follow the management of deviations;

Qualifications/Skill
Required Experience & Knowledge
  • You have a Master degree Pharmacist, bio-engineer, (micro) biologist, industrial engineer.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (cGMP), pharmaceutical production environment, SAP knowledge and deviation management system would be a good plus for the function.
  • Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English.

Team/division description
The Manufacturing Planning, Export function is at the heart of Toyota’s manufacturing operations. From our headquarters in Europe and Turkey we manage global export of production parts collected from suppliers and delivered to the global manufacturing base. The scope of the operation includes:

• 200+ parts suppliers
• 40+ manufacturing locations
• Shipments from 5 vanning centres as well as direct shipments from regional plants
All operations are planned and organised in accordance with the concepts of the Toyota Production System (TPS) to achieve Safety, Quality, Just-in-Time and Cost objectives.

 

Your project
As part of an ongoing exercise to improve the competitiveness of our  global production parts export activities, we are reviewing our Parts Ordering and Shipping Management processes and tools to achieve ever better levels of efficieny.
You will be part of the project team to define the ideal process and the roadmap towards implementing the new processes. After that, we will need to see through the implementation of the roadmap through nimble and efficient project management.
You will support the timely implementation of the roadmap by managing the sub-projects from concept phase to practical solution roll-out. This will involve data and process analysis to understand the current inefficiencies in detail, creation and evaluation of possible solutions, project schedule development and consensus with key stakeholders, as well as managing the schedule towards final implementation.

Missions

Définition, implémentation et gestion de projets en Excellence Opérationnelle

Activités :
  • Identifier et prioriser les projets d’amélioration
  • Superviser et assister les ingénieurs de projet en amélioration continue
  • Analyser et optimaliser les processus ainsi que le fonctionnement des équipes: élimination des « wastes», diminution de la variabilité, amélioration des performances, meilleure gestion des ressources, réduction des coûts, …
  • Mise en place d’outil de management visuel, définitions de KPI, standardisation des procédures de travail, ….
  • Coaching etmise en place de plans de formation pour les différents intervenants, développer la culture lean
Profil
  • Vous êtes ingénieur avec une expérience acquise dans le domaine de la production, idéalement dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, chimique ou agroalimentaire.
  • Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en gestion de projet d’excellence opérationnelle.
  • Une certification Black Belt est un atout (mais pourra être proposée par le centre de formation de CVO-Europe).
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils et méthodes d’investigation : Fishbone, 5Why’s, Is/Is not, matrice de contradiction, …
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais.
  • Vous appréciez le travail de terrain, possédez un bon esprit d'analyse, ainsi que de bonnes qualités relationnelles et organisationnelles.
  • Vous êtes désireux de vous investir dans le développement des activités de notre Business Unit « Excellence Opérationnelle » : COP (community of practice), présentation technico-commerciale, formateur, référant technique, project manager…
