JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Senior Application Specialist Sugar Confectionery focuses on innovation and product development within Cargill’s ingredient portfolio, with an emphasis on sugar confectionery applications. You will support new sugar confectionery product development initiatives to help move ingredients from Concept to commercialization while collaborating with other technical and business teams. Your research efforts will also involve multifunctional interaction with commercial and technical service teams, as well as customers. In addition, this position will require flexibility to assist with other applications team projects and shorter-term projects, as needed, including using other ingredients.

About the Job
As a Process Engineer you will be operating within the MAKE department of our factory. This department is responsible to process liquid milk into finished products such as Actimel & Activia. In a second stage, these products are packed in our PACK unit.

In this role you will be the right hand & back up of the Production Manager. During his absence you will take over the team management of the operating teams in the MAKE department. You will work closely together with the Production Manager to continuously improve the implemented processes.
Internally you will be in contact with different teams and you will build a strong network. This role will enable you to get a good understanding of the organization of our Production teams in the complete production site. In addition, you will establish a good relationship with our Milk & Technical suppliers.
About You
You have obtained a Bachelor or Master as a Industrial, Bio-Engineer or similar and already have a relevant professional experience. You are passionate to work in a production environment. Besides English you have a (near) native level of Dutch.

Job DescriptionAs Regulatory Affairs Officer you act as a link between the company and the regulatory authorities to ensure that products manufactured and distributed are in compliance with appropriate legislation.
You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (feed, food, pharma, and other applications) and proactively give strategic advice to the BU leadership
You keep up to date with new and/or changes in the legislations and make sure these are communicated within the company and appropriate measures are taken when necessary
You monitor this on regional, federal and European level, as well as international with the support of QA colleagues in the different regions

Qualifications
Knowledge of at least one of the following domains: food and feed legislation (HACCP, Food safety…); pharma legislation and EDQM
Knowledge of GDP and/or GMP guidelines is a plus
Fluent in English (strong written and oral communication skills); profoucn knowledge of Dutch or French is necessary, other European languages is a plus

We are looking for a SEA/CRO specialist to join our marketing team and take full responsibility for driving results growth by bringing new ideas and optimisation. In this cross-functional role, your initial focus will be on implementing, managing and reporting on our A / B Test. Be it on SEA campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads,...), landing pages,.... Over time, the scope of this role may expand to include other types of growth hacking initiatives. You will be assisted by the digital marketing team (designer, video/photo creator, ...) to maximise conversions. You will be able to learn a lot and will be exposed to all levels of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
