Votre équipe :

Vous rejoignez notre équipe ARTELIA BELGIUM Wavre qui travaille sur des projets industriels d’envergure en tout corps d’état (installation générale, tuyauterie, électricité industrielle, instrumentation, mécanique, procédés,…)

L’équipe composée d’environ 5 personnes (techniciens /ingénieurs) intervient sur des projets dans les domaines de la chimie, pétrochimie, et autres industries de process à toutes les étapes d’un projet : faisabilité/ étude / conception / suivi en phase travaux. 

Vos missions :

En tant que qu’Ingénieur EIA vos missions consisteront à :

• Analyser le besoin du Client,
• Vérifier et lister les données de base du projet,
• Maîtriser et recenser les Normes, codes, spécifications applicables dans le cadre de ce projet et en vérifier la mise à jour,
• S’assurer de la mise en application et du respect de ces normes. Si besoin, établir un plan d’actions correctives pour la mise en conformité,
• Établir les bilans de puissance en collaboration avec les ingénieurs d’autres métiers,
• Définir et dimensionner les distributions électriques (Unifilaire, sections de câble …)
• Etablir et monitorer le planning d’ensemble du projet et les coûts associés
• Vérifier la qualité des études de détail en cours d’exécution, lors des missions de VISA
• Prendre en charge le pré-dimensionnement des installations EIA afin d’évaluer le budget d’investissement,
• Etablir les documents nécessaires à l’A.O. EPCM,
• Faire le suivi chez le sous-traitant (déplacement ponctuel possible à l’étranger),
• Suivre l’ingénierie tout au long de la mission
• Etre capable de gérer une équipe de techniciens

Vos atouts pour réussir : 

Vous êtes le (la) candidat(e) idéal(e) si vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Ingénieur spécialiste en électricité, automatisme, informatique industrielle ou équivalent.

Vos 5 années d’expérience minimum acquises dans le secteur de l’ingénierie industrielle, dans une fonction similaire, vous permettront de performer rapidement.

Vous êtes quelqu’un de motivé, autonome, rigoureux, et méthodique avec une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse. Vous aimez le travail en équipe et savez facilement vous intégrer à un groupe.

L’application des procédures relatives à la qualité et la sécurité sont votre quotidien. Veiller à la sécurité sur les sites et/ou chez nos clients fait partie de vos priorités.

Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques tels que : Autocad, Caneco (ou équivalent) et le Pack Office.

Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in  Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

Job Description :

• You will integrate within our client’s Operations Telecom Team that provides products, systems and solutions for various radio projects in a transportation context;
• You will work in close relationship with the Service Manager, and you will be responsible for the operational support of the ICT network for a Tier III Motorola DMR project, as well for a Wave PTToC solution;
• You will manage the different network elements and the existing connectivity to the data center where the Core Network is virtually hosted.;
• You will follow-up the supplier regarding evolutionary maintenance and the roll-out of new software releases on all Core components;
• You will conduct tests and you will deploy new features after evaluation;
• You will perform basic troubleshooting of the core and radio network connections and its devices and you will create appropriate tickets with the providers for in depth troubleshooting;
• You will develop procedures and work instructions to the technical people in the field, you will give training where needed;
• You will assist in various projects concerning IoT, industrial endpoints M2M and voice solutions.

Requirements :

• You have a Master in Telecom/Network or you’re equivalent by relevant professional experience;
• You have at least 4 years of experience working in an IT/Telecom infrastructure environment;
• You have the ability to understand and to analyse IP/network elements;
• You have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• You have proficiency in Microsoft software;
• You have the ability to work in a team and to prioritize workloads;
• You have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

As an E&C Corporate Lead you will be the front-line representative of the E&C organization for the designated global UCB Therapeutic Areas organizations. The E&C Partner will represent E&C in a responsible and professional manner and acting as a strategic business partner.

This role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and leadership on compliance-related matters within the organization, ensuring that the supported organization is educated on ethics & compliance standards, informed about Ethics & Compliance related risks, helping to minimize those, building ethics & compliance by design in their initiatives and guiding their personnel through global processes, connecting them with local stakeholders as needed. This role will be responsible to oversee global initiatives and connect those organizations with local Ethics & Compliance colleagues, ensuring appropriate flow of information; connecting with E&C peers through formal and informal collaboration networks to ensure consistent application of E&C approaches and efficient sharing of best practices.

You like to work in anenvironment where you can:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all industry codes, laws, regulations, and monitor key developments that would impact the business. In collaboration with Legal colleagues, advise the business regarding existing and future provisions. For future provisions, ensure appropriate planning and preparation where it will impact the business.
• Drive risk assessments for compliance in the supported organization, informed by adequate monitoring and analytics, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed on relevant risks and implementing remediation plans, in collaboration with E&C Leadership.
• Support development of Global Policies and Procedures as subject matter expert.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure global organizations are educated and well informed about E&C policies and procedures.
• Act as a proactive strategic partner with the business to help them meet their goals and objectives in a compliant manner, analyzing alternatives, and proposing solutions.

• Working closely with Legal on matters having both Compliance and Legal implications. Exhibits good judgment in matters that may need to be referred to other functions or to E&C Leadership.
