What do you do as Warehouse worker/ Tester at DESOTEC?
Filter Testing and Quality Control: You perform precise quality checks on large filters filled by you or your colleagues. Depending on the filter type and application, you follow specific procedures. A positive check allows you to give the final “go,” ensuring the filter is ready to be shipped to the customer.
Repairs: If you detect a leak or irregularity, you repair it independently. For more significant damage, you can rely on our technical department.
Work Environment: You will always work outdoors, even in less favorable weather conditions, such as cold and rain.
Technical Skills: You are handy, enjoy tinkering, and find technical solutions.
Comfort with Heights: Working at height is not an issue for you.
Flexibility: Depending on current needs, you either fill filters with activated carbon or conduct quality inspections.
Who are you as a Warehouse Operator/Tester?
You have a forklift certificate and are comfortable operating the forklift with ease.
You have technical experience: bolts, nuts, wrenches, drills, grinders, etc., are no strangers to you.
You are eager to learn. Even if you don’t have welding experience, you are willing to learn.
You communicate fluently (both with your colleagues from various departments and with external drivers) in Dutch and English.
You are also administratively skilled: taking and uploading photos in files, filling in reports, printing labels, etc. A tablet will be provided for these tasks.
You enjoy multitasking. Different tasks often overlap, so you must always be able to maintain an overview.
You have an eye for order and cleanliness and place great importance on working safely.
