We are currently recruiting a Legal Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, an international law firm located in the South of Brussels, accessible by public transportation, to provide general administrative support to lawyers.

 

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Set up, organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with recognized procedures and standards
  • Process and track legal work 
  • Create, format, revise and edit legal documents 
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes, letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain accurate expense account records
  • Prepare and process expense reports and reconciliations


Profile:
 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in such role in law firms or international environment
  • Dutch native or equivalent with a very good level of English and French
  • Ability to prioritize, good organizational and communicational skills
  • Eye for detail and quality, results-minded and service-minded, autonomous and flexible
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills


Salary Package:

Salary in line with experience + package (luncheon vouchers, transportation allowance, insurances…)
