IT Business Architect (Pega LBA) for European Institution Remote/Nearsite/Onsite

Main Tasks:

• Lead and facilitate the elaboration of business requirements that can be effectively utilized by system architects in the design and configuration of Pega applications, typically in a product backlog.
• Collaborate directly with the business (Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts).
• Refine user stories and contribute to backlog management.
• Guide the business team in gathering requirements and determine the best implementation approaches leveraging Pega system software and DCO capabilities.
• Understand the business processes and requirements of customers, translating them into requirement artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in requirements management and facilitation, including the management of artifacts through traceability, version control, and change control.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• Certified Pega Principal Business Architect (minimum version 8.5).

Technical Expertise:

• Excellent knowledge of business and information analysis methods and techniques, as well as business process and information modeling.
• Proven experience in information and data modeling, data flows, and data analysis.
• Professional experience in business and information analysis for IT development projects (web, software, infrastructure, and security).
