In Field Specialist Combines (CASE IH)

As In Field Specialist, you will be responsible for detailed technical support for CASE IH Rotary combines in the EMEA region. You will play a key role between the markets, CIH Marketing & Field Service managers and the internal CNH organization (Dealer Technical Support, Engineering, Production and Quality, Spare Parts), where you will analyze technical problems and make proposals leading to preliminary/definitive solutions.

• You will go on field and customer visits to investigate specific problems and gain a deeper understanding of customer issues and requirements.

• Offer official answers and solutions to technical questions and problems (through a range of communication channels).

• Prepare and present customer feedback, product improvements and outstanding issues in an annual Product Improvement Session.

• Autonomous and flexible (available to travel), team-oriented and problem-solver.

• Good social, communication skills, also in English.

• Industrial or agricultural engineer or equivalent by experience, with good knowledge of agricultural machinery.

• 3 to 5 years experience in Service/service after sales related activities or engineering.
