Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA) Specialist for European Institution Remote/Nearsite/Onsite

Main Tasks

• Implement the IGA model for external users.
• Implement the JML process of EASA users.
• Support and configure the next system(s) to be integrated.
• Create and coordinate Saviynt support tickets on behalf of EASA.
• Run meetings with Saviynt's technical teams.
• Cooperate with the EASA Information Management (IM) team to implement the technical solutions.
• Maintain, support, and document the current Saviynt configuration on the development, pre-production, and production systems.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions.
• 2 years’ experience performing business analysis is desirable.

Technical Expertise

• Sound knowledge of the Saviynt tool (functionality and interface).
• Basic reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to collect and analyze business requirements.
