Banking | (Junior) associate

As a (Junior) Associate, you will be involved inthe full spectrum of banking and finance work. You will be advising private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on a wide range of different products, including acquisition finance, general corporate lending as well as debt capital markets, insolvency-related and regulatory matters. • A Master of Law graduate (or soon to be) with a strong academic record.

• Analytical, detail-oriented and a creative thinker.

• Experienced in in banking law (depending on your level), with a strong interest in acquisition finance in a private equity context.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Capable of conducting in-depth legal analysis and working independently.

• A team player with a down-to-earth mindset and strong communication skills.
